Our Bone-In Rib Eye Steaks come in two sizes: approximately 1" thick and averaging 1 - 1.25 lbs. (about 16 - 20 ozs.) or approximately 1½" thick and averaging 1.5 - 1.7 lbs. (24 - 27 ozs.). Both are spectacular cooked on the grill or in a hot iron pan. This is THE steak lovers's steak. There's nothing better!
