Our NY Strip Steaks are boneless and come in two sizes: approximately 1" thick and averaging 0.6 - 0.8 lbs (about 10 - 13 ozs.) or approximately 1½" thick and averaging 1 - 1.1 lbs. (16 - 18 ozs.). Both are spectacular cooked on the grill or in a hot iron pan. This is a steak purists's favorite.
