Our Hanger Steaks are boneless and average in weight from 1.3 - 1.5 lbs. Hanger Steaks are slightly coarser and take beautifully to a marinade and grilling. This is one of those cuts that you'll hear butchers and chefs (those that know!) prize for it's flavor.
